This is the page dedicated to laying out the way my LAN operates. I will probably get some manner of map in here eventually.
The basic network appliances on this LAN consist of a switch and two repurposed routers, one of which also serves as a wireless access point and broadcasts a WEP network. Presently I have two servers on the network as well, which can be seen in more detail here, one of which serves as the router, DNS server (which both has its own DNS zone for local machines with static IPs, and serves as a relay to other DNS servers for external domain names), DHCP server, file server, and intranet web server; and the other which serves as a file server and a network boot server for Sun Jumpstart, PXE, and Apple OpenFirmware clients.
